The content feed, as most others indicate, has much too much lag. The first bullet in particular tends to hang out too long. I believe there was an updated story about Brett Favre below the story about Brett Farve that's been there since he was drafted.

I really like this little gadget, and I don't mind terribly that updates can be slow (at least its a link right to ESPN Football), but I cannot take another day of being stuck on "Brett Favre Signs with Vikings". Please, for the love of god, make it go away...lol...
