I love the iGoogle Finance Portfolios gadget. One of the alternatives to igoogle i'm looking at is igHome which lets you create a custom gadget by pasting in igoogle gadget code. Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the igoogle Finance Portfolios code? Thank you!

The New Portfolio on Google finance when I enter my T. Rowe Price holding the action is “Symbol(s) invalid or unsupported”. Half working is not much good.

I had the same problem. I disabled Google Services in my HTTPS Everywhere 3.2 add on for Firefox and I was able to restore / view my stock listings. Check to see which Add On or Browser Extension is preventing you from viewing your stock listings.

I have this gadget installed in my igoogle page, and instead of showing the content I always get the message that the gadget is only available for display in igoogle. Why does it insist on telling me than when it is actually installed in igoogle? Anyone have a fix for this? I would really like to see the contents of the gadget.

Go to About Google Finance, on left click on Google Finance Portfolio, then click on portfolio on the far left side, next click on Edit Transactions, check the box on the far right for the stocks you what to delete and scroll all the way down to the bottom and click on Save Changes. You can also Add new symbols there, too. What fun....a real treasure hunt!

Can't save the settings, the whole page changes when you try to open a stock in a new tab...its good but then things like this make it horrible!
