The reality star was super excited to welcome her firstborn. Two months after her announcement, she revealed she had a miscarriage. Despite the difficult times, she stayed optimistic and was an example for her fans.
Only two months ago, the Danity Kane singer revealed she was expecting.
On Monday, March 6, Aubrey O'Day tragically announced that she had miscarried and was utterly heartbroken.
Initially, the former Danity Kane member "blamed" herself for her recent miscarriage, she said to E! News on Monday. She stated, "I've had moments where I've internalized what happened … but luckily, I realized there isn't only one seat at the table."
This isn't the first pregnancy for Aubrey, and she has had an experience with one before as well.
She stated, "This isn't my first pregnancy, but it is the first time I was mentally healthy and in a physically prepared place to care for another life."
The star, even after a miscarriage, still has high hopes and is excited for her "miracle child" and is prepared to take care of another life.
"When my baby is ready, he/she will come," she stated, more than ever ready for firstborn.
Despite the pregnancy loss, the All About Aubrey star is trying to remain optimistic, saying, "I also want all the women out there in the world that has experienced this grief to feel all the love my soul has to offer, and more importantly remain reminded that we are here to support each other!"
Aubrey shed light on reality and stated, "There are also so many children who need happy and healthy homes, so being a mother and a leader will never be something we can't all have!"
The former contestant on Celebrity Apprentice has offered to be her followers' "sounding board and someone you can confide in" while they deal with their reproductive problems.
The Famously Single alum on her Instagram Account explained the sorrow, informing her fans that she is dealing with a "sensitive, raw time" amid her loss.
In a Monday Instagram post, O'Day elaborated on her pregnancy and miscarriage experience and said she "wouldn't change anything" about how things turned out.
The star elaborated on the thinking that made her stay optimistic for a better tomorrow. She stated, "I think that it's important to let things happen and stay 'happened.' People change so you can learn to let go. Things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they are right," she wrote. "And sometimes things you want most fall apart so that better things can fall together. Everything happens for a reason; I'll always love u, my lil one."
The singer is still keeping her partner's name a secret; it was with him that she had the child. However, she mentioned "someone special in my life" in a January interview.
Aubrey provided insight into her love life during an exclusive encounter with The U.S. Sun. She was at the occasion to assist ambitious young performers from the Los Angeles-based children's performing arts school.
"After my relationship with Pauly D, I hadn't had sex or been intimate with anyone for about three years, so this was the first person I felt comfortable being vulnerable with."
According to a source, the mysterious lover is the father of Aubrey's child.
And as per the source, he doesn't belong to the spotlight, but she hasn't revealed his identity out of respect for his privacy.
Aubrey O'Day has managed to keep the child's expected father hidden and has yet to make the relationship public.
O'Day generated uproar last year when she altered her Instagram images to make it look like she was on a lavish trip in an exotic location.
O'Day held out her belly in a tight white dress at the SPiN Awards ceremony for the Society Performers Academy in January; she later confirmed that she was pregnant at that time.
