BTS V Once Planned To Retire At A Younge Age For Life With His Future Wife: The members of BTS, during their debut in 2013, were asked about their future aspirations. However, V aka Kim Taehyung's response garnered significant attention at that time, as he expressed his intention to retire at the age of 40 and devote time to his future wife and family. His statement quickly went viral. Taehyung further explained that he envisioned himself growing old, throwing cookies to birds, and adorning a coat and beret.
Revealing his romantic plans, V said, "I will finish acting, singing, and all fields well until I am 40 years old, dedicate my life to my wife, and start a family."
He continued, "I want to spend a wonderful old age wearing a brown beret and brown coat in the fall and going to the park and throwing shrimp crackers at pigeons." In another interview in the past, V had mentioned that his role model is his father and said, "I want to be a husband who takes good care of his children like my dad now, supports and gives advice to the future he wants, and gets scolded by his wife." Simultaneously, V shared his steadfast dream of becoming a "cool autumn man" a decade later, who would take his children to the zoo.
The teenager's remarks undoubtedly resonated with online users, evoking a strong sense of sympathy for his innocence. However, as time has passed, the young performer has undergone a transformation in his perspective on life and has started to question his initial decision to retire from BTS. Presently, he has formulated new plans and aspirations for his future.
During a farewell speech at a concert in 2019, the idol had sincerely conveyed a heartfelt message to his devoted ARMY audience regarding a new idea he had just conceived. He started by expressing his genuine longing for every member of the ARMY to experience their live performances and his intention to meet each and every one of them before departing from BTS.
V planned not to depart from BTS to guarantee that every ARMY member gets the opportunity to witness a live BTS performance at least once in their lifetime. As a result, the superstar emphasised their determination to persist until that moment arrives, stating, "We will continue to write songs, release albums, hold concerts, and perform on stage."
