Pitkäksi aikaa istumaan ravintolaan ei myöskään kannata lähteä, sillä kun jono ovella venyy, täytyy jo ruuasta nauttineiden vapauttaa paikkansa uusille asiakkailleHelpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Xerxes N.Scottsdale, AZ178012118301Jan 18, 2017
After nearly two weeks of eating fish and other vegan options throughout Scandinavia, I needed my rice fix. This place didn't fail.
It's a small eatery. There's space for about 20 seats. They close a little early at 8pm so be sure to plan your dinner early (7-ish is early for me).
I had the fried beef with vegetables in oyster sauce. My friend had the pad Thai. Both dishes were decent. I've had better pad Thai at other Thai establishments but I did manage to finish my entire meal. I was hoping for a thicker sauce with my dish as mine seemed to be quite soupy.
Service was pretty good. The staff was pretty accommodating with my request for crushed peanuts on my rice. They were pretty busy yet they managed to be attentive to our table and everyone else.
Overall, a solid meal.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 5Oh no 0 - Food S.Vista, CA9187Apr 26, 2019
Originally came to this restaurant because my girlfriend and I were craving thai food and we read overall good reviews online about this place. Unfortunately we felt unwelcomed. The waitress was extremely rude and kept on giving us contradicting information...i maybe thought it was a language barrier as we don't speak finnish but my girlfriend asked simple menu questions in Thai and received the same attitude. We ended up eating at another Thai spot down the street where we were welcomed with a smile and great food.

My first restaurant in Helsinki, and if I could, it would be my favourite Thaï restaurant !
It's located in a part of town not really crowded, but when you will find the place, it will be full of people so quality is here !
I ordered a sort of curry chicken and it was amazing but unfortunately for me of luckily for starving people there was too much food.
The price is ok for Helsinki and the quality is very good, I can assure you that you won't be disappointed of your evening here.
If you want, you can ask for a doggy bag or order to take away.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jari H.Helsinki, Finland1315Sep 5, 2015

We were there first time for lunch and they offered good price for the 4 different types of mains daily (including vegetarian) that comes with soup and fruits. The food was really authentic and service was good. It was full but since it was lunch time, the customers were moving quite fast so if there isn't any seats, just wait a few minutes and there should be free tables available quite fast. I came back later of the week for dinner and tried ala-carte menu. The prices were decent and there were many selections to choose from. The only down part is that they are open only until 8pm...so come over for an early dinner instead!

3.5 maybe but thats as much as it will get. Maybe just because for someone who lived in Asia long enough, food at Lemon Grass tastes almost bland (read:well adjusted to Northern Europe taste buds)...
