In a tryst to look forever young and attractive, many celebrities have chosen to spent their fair share of time in a plastic surgeon’s office. A little needle here and there shouldn't be much a problem unless they come out of the office with a face full of mistakes. From Hollywood's Pamela Anderson to Bollywood's Anushka Sharma, their insecurities and beauty flaws have secured these beauties in our list of worst plastic surgery results of all time.

It's been news for some days now that Rene Zellweger recently appeared at an awards show looking unlike her old self, with some murmurs implying a 'plastic surgery job'. But the 45-year-old Bridget Jones actress has cleared the air insisting the changes in her appearance is no way a surgical result. She told People magazine, "Perhaps I look different, who doesn't as they get older?! Ha.

But I am different. I'm happy."

1) Pamela Anderson

She was a pretty, young girl who suddenly felt the need for a bigger breasts. And another one. Then she becomes a little unhappy and goes for another bigger implant. Gets rid of them and gets something smaller and then goes bigger again. Pam, make up your mind!

2) Donatella Versace
She's the one responsible for women looking fab in gorgeous clothes. So naturally one look at her (swollen lips) and you'll wonder how can she have such a bad judge of appearance. Apparently, she's been going under the knife since the 90's!

3) Amanda Lepore
Model and transsexual icon, she first got her surgery at the age of 15 and since then hasn't looked back. The only adjective we can think of looking at Lepoe is CREEPY!

4) Dolly Parton
Dolly is a country music legend, known for hits like “I Will Always Love You,”and " 9 to 5" but she is equally well-known for her plastic assets as well.

5) Jocelyn Wildenstein
This New York socialite went under the knife in a quest to win back her estranged husband and instead ended up looking like a feline that people nicknamed her "Catwoman". Till date she's spent 4 million dollars in multiple plastic surgeries.

6) Koena Mitra
She may not be the first Bollywood damsel to go plastic but she's definitely one of the worst victim of it. Her botched-up nose job, which is no secret, has almost ruined her life and career.

7) Anushka Sharma
Anushka was the latest Bollywood victim to man-made alterations. She made headlines for her ‘puffy upper lip’ after appearing on Karan Johar’s chat show. However in an official statement she denied any lip job.

8) Michael Jackson
Need not say anything! The singer suffered from a skin depigmentation condition called vitiligo, which was presumed to be caused by excessive skin bleaching. Apart from that MJ had undergone a dozen of other surgeries which ultimately changed his normal appearance to something completely different!
