I bough the adiSTAR Ride Women's shoes last week. This is the very first time in years that an adidas product has let me down. I am usually very fond of the brand. I bought these running shoes after consulting with one of the in-store consultants who told me this is the best shoe they had in there and offers superior performance.
After only 3 tries on this shoe, my running efficiency has decreased dramatically. My shins are hurting (they have never hurt before when using other shoes) and I am forced to stop running after only 2-3 minutes. I am so disappointed! I would not recommend these shoes for someone who wants to maintain and improve their running on a treadmill...

I LOVE this shoe -- except I could do without the pink color. I have trained and raced everything from 10K thru Marathons in them, no foot trouble, no shin trouble -- love the cushioning!
