Costoluto Florentino Tomato seeds
This is an old cherished heirloom that originated in Italy. We grew these this past Summer and they have since made the list of our annual garden staple must-haves. These tomatoes are productive, early to mature ( great for shorter growing zones), and not mention a very handsome tomato. These are superior to other varieties for making Italian sauces and dishes and for slicing and using them on sandwiches.
These tomatoes are indeterminate, so the sky is the limit. We staked ours in pots and they did great, we also tried one in a raised bed and it absolutely thrived. This variety has deep ridges and is very hardy and filling.
