(L-R) TV personalities Aubrey O'Day, Jessica White, Somaya Reece, Brandi Glanville and Dr. Darcy Sterling speak onstage during the 'Famously Single' panel at the 2016 NBCUniversal Summer Press Day at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village on April 1, 2016 in Westlake Village, California.

The Coachella Valley’s queen of reality television is back at it again.

Aubrey O’Day, a La Quinta High School graduate and former Danity Kane band member, is currently appearing on "Celebrity Big Brother UK."

She entered the "Big Brother" home alongside a slew of other American and British celebrities on July 28 and is already causing waves. According to daily recaps of the reality show, O'Day got a formal warning earlier this week for spitting into the food of fellow contestant Stephen Bear.

For those unfamiliar with the show, contestants must live together while shut off from the outside world and take part in various challenges to see who lasts the longest and wins the cash prize.

With O’Day on a show, there is hardly a dull moment. The actress, who also used to be involved in local and regional theater, definitely knows how to put on a performance. She knows how to stir the pot and create drama, but she is also very intelligent and can typically argue her way out of a situation and get her point across.

Aubrey O'Day enters the Big Brother House as Celebrity Big Brother launches at Elstree Studios on July 28, 2016 in Borehamwood, England.

The 32-year-old got her start on MTV’s “Making the Band 3,” where she sang and danced her way to becoming a member of the all-female group Danity Kane created by Sean Combs.

Most recently, she appeared on the E! Network's "Famously Single," which aired its finale Tuesday. During that show, which put eight single celebrities in a house together, she started dating fellow single celeb Paul "DJ Pauly D" DelVecchio, but the two have since split.

O'Day also appeared on “Celebrity Apprentice” in 2012. She was the last woman standing and came very close to having Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump become her boss. She finished third.

During a previous interview with O’Day, I asked her thoughts on coming close to working for Trump. She said he's a great entertainer, but no politician.

“He doesn’t have my vote and I hope that we get back to the basics when it comes to finding a world leader that has the correct resume to be applying for such a position," she said late last year.

O’Day has also appeared on such shows as “All About Aubrey,”  “Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars” and in September released an alternative dance album with Shannon Bex, one of her Danity Kane bandmates.

Going by the name Dumblonde, the platinum-tressed duo made a stop in the desert on Halloween performing at Costas Nightclub at JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa in Palm Desert.

I’m a fan of O’Day and think she has the potential to go far as long as she can keep from spitting into people’s food.
