Whether it’s an office or a home setting, the need to customize our work area is on the rise. The focal point is the home office desk, a space that requires maximum organization, placing functionality and aesthetics on the same plane. It’s a trend welcoming “bespoke” design through drawers and doors with height-adjustable tops, freestanding or wall-mounted configurations, concealed power supplies and cable ducts to house cords and more. Bolzan Letti – Flag
Perfect for the bedroom, the Flag desk designed by ruga.perissinotto for Bolzan Letti was made with noble and precious materials. Equipped with a double drawer, Flag features an upholstered backdrop tracing the soft shapes of a headboard included in the bed of the same name, and is defined by two cylindrical brass elements that can accommodate a raised tray. The desk also becomes a vanity by adding the mirror, which can be repositioned thanks to the practical metal clip.
Dom Edizioni – Benjamin
In the Benjamin console designed by Domenico Mula for Dom Edizioni, traditional Italian craftsmanship is melded with a modern and contemporary design. It’s a mix created by the metallic X-shaped base and the solid wood top slightly rounded at the corners. Its reduced dimensions makes it a small desk that can easily be placed in any room of the house.

Magis – Baguette
Baguette, designed by Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec and produced by Magis, is a writing desk. With a top measuring 130x65, it’s perfect for bedrooms and home offices, but also proves an excellent solution as a kitchen table for small apartments. It’s made with the same slender die-cast aluminum legs that characterize the larger tables of the collection, while the top is veneered in Fenix®, an innovative material created by Arpa Industriale and enhanced by a painted ABS edge. The table is available in 3 color combinations: beige with a white edge and legs, burgundy with a black edge and legs, and grey with a black edge and legs.

Morelato – Isabel
Isabel is both a classic and modern desk — a stylistic key chosen by the designer Libero Rutilo for Morelato, which makes it perfect for both contexts. Made in curved ash wood with a top embellished with lateral glass inserts and a central section covered in leather, Isabel is double-sided and is overall light and graceful. Two open compartments and two large push&pull drawers contain secret storage spaces, completing its extreme functionality. Available in numerous variants and customizable in finishes to meet any need, it measures 226 x 86 x 75 cm.
Team7 – Pisa
The sophisticated Pisa desk by Team7, designed by Kai Stania, develops around an oblique metal leg whose interior houses a technology lifting up the top. Its shape recalls the leaning tower from which it takes its name, allowing the desk — when resting against a wall or support — to raise the worktop without interfering with any objects, shelves or pictures behind it, moving slightly forward as it rises upward. An extremely quiet and safe mechanism (TÜV-tested and GS - Geprüfte Sicherheit-certified), which raises the height of the top from 67 to 115 cm, allowing the user to alternate between standing and sitting for a more flexible working mode. Cables are housed in a hidden channel equipped with 6 built-in power outlets, while an additional flap power supply is provided for mobile devices flush with the top and equipped with a dual power outlet and two USB connections (USB-A and USB-C).

Saba – Alphabet
Alphabet, by Saba (also pictured in opening), is a desk created for the domestic environment, though it’s also well adapted for the more sophisticated requirements of the hospitality and contract sectors. Studio 967 Arch designed the piece with a rounded iron frame painted in black, white or bronze gold matt, and a curved lacquered wood top that appears to unroll like a ribbon. Details for technological support are almost hidden, interpreted with simple signs, while a small drawer equipped with soft-closing slides rounds out its functionality. The desk measures 115 x 60 x 75 cm.
