Yes. With all requested changes a draft layout or photo of the finished print will be sent to you and your order will only be printed and shipped to you once you confirm you are happy with everything.

Yes, but an original painting can be expensive so please ask for an estimate of cost. A variation in text usually costs no extra, however, a change in color, for example, may require a new painting.

Unfortunately, no. I prefer to print and package the prints myself to be sure you receive the highest quality reproduction of my artwork.

All orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days unless you have requested changes to be made. Orders that are needing changes made will be shipped out once you confirm you are happy with these changes.

Customers sometimes order an item that they want sent directly to a friend or family member as a gift.

I can gift wrap your item for a small additional charge as shown when you order. I use gift wrapping paper but no bows or ribbons

At no extra cost I can include a hand written message on notepaper - just send me the message you want included.

Or I can include a message on a greeting card - I have a dozens of blank greeting cards you can purchase to include with an item you want to send as a gift. I will include a message at no extra cost above the cost of the item and the card. I can digitally print a message inside - I can send you examples of fonts - or handwrite a message. Just send me the message you want included.

Postal services are under a great deal of pressure due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. NZPOST is suggesting as a guide that deliveries to the US, Europe and UK are taking 7-10 business days longer than the usual 6-10 business days and depends on the availability of flights . Customers are reporting to me that deliveries are taking two to four weeks longer than usual. Postal services are not providing estimated delivery times, so I can only offer the latest information from the postal services.
