Jeb Bush agreed to kill the kid-Hitler
Jeb Bush, US presidential candidate of the Republican Party, said that if he had the opportunity to return to the past, he would have killed Adolf Hitler when he was a child, reports The Huffington Post. Jeb Bush told reporters on the way to New Hampshire to meet with voters last week.
Interest in Hitler arose from survey, which held the newspaper The New York Times. Many respondents (42%) then stated that they would indeed be ready to kill Hitler in infancy.
After that, the question was sent to Jeb Bush by e-mail, but he did not answer it. On the way to New Hampshire, the journalists who accompanied the candidate again raised this topic.
“Hell yes, I would!” - Bush exclaimed. “We need to take the initiative into our own hands!”
The candidate admitted that killing the future leader of the Nazis in theory could change the future of humanity and lead to incredible and possibly dangerous consequences. Nevertheless, he added that he would have done it anyway, even if little Hitler were a very cute child.
“This should be done,” Bush wrote on his microblog in Twitterby posting a link to the The Huffington Post article.
His response provoked a strong reaction from users.
“Thanks, Jeb. But I’m actually more worried that little Hitler will be able to go into the future and kill us,” wrote one commentator.
“Jeb travels through time. Kills little Hitler. World War II averted. Barbara never falls in love with military pilot George W. Bush. A jab is never born,” another user fantasized.
This is not the first extravagant statement that Jeb Bush makes during election debates.
Forum previously wrote that in September he confessedthat in his youth he smoked marijuana, and recently he boasted of his successes in fantasy football.
