I was visiting a breakfast event hosted by KPMG on how to utilize AI in HR. My key takeaways of the presentations and discussions around the topic: 🦄 In the middle of the hype around how AI is going to change the world it's good to remember that quite many people are worried or scared of this change. Managing the change is really important once again 🦄 The same "garbage in, garbage out" phenomenon is out there. If your data is not up to date and in mint condition, the AI solutions won't make it any better 🦄 Most HR professionals were after better employee experience and having efficiency in the basic HR tasks. Can admit that this is why I was there as well. Would be great that my team would have less administrational stuff to look after and use that saved time on creating extraordinary employee experience instead! Thanks KPMG!
