Our annual cloud hackathons are finally back with a bang💥Last weekend I organized a hackathon together with our internal cloud guild in the beautiful setting of Kieloranta, Hämeenlinna. Hack a new tech, study for a cloud cert exam, work on a hobby project - the idea is to use the time to develop those skills one finds useful and interesting to oneself, which in turn translates into happy and skilled employees. Naturally sauna, palju and hanging out around the campfire is part of the experience. Also cooking together, staying up late, having great discussions about all things life and generally getting to know colleagues better is what makes the event pure 💎 every time.
