At AVA, the mental wellbeing of our employees is paramount. In 2022, we proudly launched AVA Wellness program with the objective to nurture a healthy and vibrant work environment. We rolled out our the first phase of the program with sophrology workshops as part of AVA Wellness program. Led by the self-development coach, certified sophrologist, Jennyfer Cheniart, these workshops have been a game-changer for our team.   Sophrology is a mental well-being practice combining modalities such as relaxation, breathing, gentle movement, meditation and visualisation to balance body and mind, enhance performance and help you reach your goals. We are thrilled to share that over 650 employees participated in these first transformative sessions. In addition, AVA has generously sponsored 5 free individual coaching sessions to all staff members in need.
