Hi, my name is Michael Ostermann and I'm an online entrepreneur, employee and investor.

I finished my master program in civil engineering at Vienna University of Technology in 2016, followed by more than four years as a researcher and lecturer at the research center of railway engineering, traffic economics and ropeways. During that period I finished my phd program in civil engineering, which ended successfully in May 2021. After my employment at the university I became an employee at a large traffic operator company as a project manager. Railways are my passion and I love my job. However, since 2020 I began to learn about world economics, the money system, taxes and investment strategies. The main conclusion I saw early on was that an employment till my rental age and hoping about some rent then was not an option. Employment in the basic system of getting paid per hour is outdated in the modern, digital world. Moreover, the tax system feeds on employees and robs you over 50 % before you even get your wage. Thus, I learned more about investing in real estate, funds, stocks and crypto as well as put some strategies into practice. Furthermore, in the beginning of 2021, I started my own business in network marketing and later also affiliate marketing. Lastly it all concludes to one magic word: passive income.
