SCOTLAND is bracing itself for more snow - as forecasters warn of a large band of rain hits freezing air.
The Met Office has issued alerts for large parts of the country from midnight on Monday.
And experts are warning that there could be travel chaos for the morning rush hour.
The public has also been told there's a chance of injury from slips and falls on untreated surfaces.
The warning comes after temperatures plummeted to -15C in Braemar as Scotland shivers in the midst of an extreme cold snap.
A spokesperson for the Met Office said: "Snow and Ice will affect the Monday morning commute across parts of Scotland.
"Some roads and railways are likely to be affected with longer journey times by road, bus and train services.
"There could be some injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces.
"And there will probably be some ice on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths."
We told you earlier how more than a hundred drivers were forced to bed down in a PUB after snow left them stranded on the coldest night of the year as temperatures plummeted to -15C in Scotland.
Yellow warnings are still in place with fears freezing fog, snow and ice could spark a mobile phone blackout after a week of bitterly cold weather.
Road chaos and cancellations to flights look set to continue in parts of the UK as the cold dip continues.
The Met Office issued two yellow weather warnings for snow and ice - and an Amber warning for snow west of London.
Here, blizzards are set to cause a nightmare for commuters with travel delays "likely" due to another 2in of snow being dumped on existing coverage, the Met Office said.
