Ryan Lochte's Halloween costume was pretty much just as terrifying as Johnny Depp's character.

I know all of you who have been following For The Win's Dancing with the Stars recaps were anxiously waiting to see what Ryan Lochte was going to wear for Halloween, so here it is. He dressed up as Johnny Depp's Mad Hatter for a party on Friday night.
