There are some different factors of overheating first is the humidity of your place where you are playing, if your living condition is on a tropical region or place, possibility of heat is very vulnerable to any devices. Believe me or not High end phones like Samsung S24 would overheat to, ROG phones without cooling pad would also overheat even the first preview of IPhone 15 series, in a couple of weeks received numerous amount of overheating reports . This phones has monstrous amount of cores and graphics shading unit so possible users would confidently play it in the max graphics as possible. Second Factor is the Software optimization, either that software of that phone has recent issues of overheating and thats very common even high end android and some IOS has this issue not because the stereotype its low end definitely it heats like a Flat Iron or a Kettle its not Entry Level, Low Ends, Mid Range, Upper Mid Range and High End are not safe with this issue unless that phone has active fan like Red Magic 8 and 9 Series

Anonymous, 08 May 2024Cpu has high ghz but weak gpu mali arm57 it cause imbalance... moreMali G57 is not that weak of a GPU, yes it is a 1st gen Valhall Graphics from Mali Semiconductor company yet this particular Chipset of UniSoc T820 has 4 to 6 core Mali G57 its not that Bad for gaming at all on a budget and it is powerful for that category than comparing to D6080 and D700 which uses 2 core Mali G52. Mali G57 MP4/6 on UniSoc T820 has a similar performance of Adreno 620 and Adreno 540 respectively.

pretty good phone imo, but unfortunately the processor does heat up quite a bit during intensive gaming sessions - it basically reaches 50c and whatever game you're playing will be closed in order to prevent overheating. buy with caution

They marketed it as a gaming phone be it a budget one but they missed an important aspect, that's to add a gyroscope, alot of. shooting games like PUBG, CODM and others have players that rely on gyro for control

Its a basic needs for gaming phones. Iqoo z9 would be a much better option than poco m6. Iqoo and nubia neo focus on gaming, like poco x and f series. M6 arent gaming phone, it has shit processor for gaming.

This processor is powerful but it lacks of app optimization, the camera is a bit shit but don't expect a gaming focus phone to have a good camera, also what's the peak brightness of this phone and, how many OS update is this phone getting?
