Cuneo were leading 16-0 to their hopeless rivals at the half-time break.
They eased off in the second half but still hit the back of the net four more times for the final score to read 20-0 to the hosts!
Pro Piacenza, who headed into the clash sitting bottom of the Serie C table, could only field eight players in their starting line-up.
To make matters worse for the visitors, every player in their team was under the age of 20.
They made the decision to go ahead with the kick-off to avoid another walkover and potentially face being booted out of Serie C.
Pro Piacenza have been hampered by financial issues, which sees them propping up the division.
They were hit by an eight-point deduction earlier in the campaign - one of four teams to suffer a penalty.
Cuneo began the afternoon sitting 13th in the 20-team division.

They had only hit 18 goals in their 24 fixtures before enjoying their 90 minutes against Pro Piacenza’s hapless remains of a team.
A number of Twitter users were quick to bring attention to the situation.

A second message from the account read: “Fortunately for everyone (except #cuneo) this match is likely to be deleted from history and a 3-0 win awarded to Cuneo in the likely event that #ProPiacenza fail to survive the next few weeks.
Another Twitter user said: “Cuneo has ended the first half with 16-0 against Pro Piacenza in the Serie C, Pro Piacenza started the game with 7 players on the pitch & without a coach due to a financial problems.”
While one fan joked: “Why is nobody broadcasting Cuneo/Pro Piacenza? Missed opportunity tbh.”
