Meili, a Reborn Doll

Name:  Meili

Made by and When:  Reborn by Tonika Stith of Pitter Patter Reborn Nursery, 2022

Material:  Vinyl, paints, and other reborn artist materials

Marks: The Meili doll kit bears the Ping Lau copyright.

Height: 32 inches

Hair, Eyes, Mouth: Water-wave hand-rooted human hair, smokey-gray eyes with applied upper eyelashes and painted eyebrows, closed mouth

Clothes: Meili is adorably dressed in a toddler-size top, pants, lacy anklet socks, and shoes; can wear 12- to 18-month toddler clothes.  Accessories: Gold-tone necklace, earrings, and bracelets.

Other: This beautiful lifelike doll was reborn by reborn doll artist Tonika Stith of Pitter Patter Reborn Nursery using an unfinished, unpainted doll kit sculpted by Ping Lau. Ping is well-known for her copyrighted vinyl doll kits, which reborn artists enjoy using. Because she is a master at doll reborning, Tonika Stith, has amassed a huge social media following. As well as impressing collectors, Stith’s work is appreciated by the artists whose kits she uses.
